Deliveries
Our aim is to post all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.
We charge postage, with the rate depending on the product(s) purchased, starting from £1.50.
Our standard postage service is Royal Mail Second Class, however we reserve the right to deliver via an alternative service for large or special orders.
Our expectation is that any item ordered for delivery within the UK will be delivered within one week (5 working days) of the order being confirmed and paid. Please contact us if you have not received your delivery within the expected time frame.
Returns
If you would like to return your goods please contact us with your order number, the product you are returning and your contact details.
All returned products should be in original condition and packaging.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.
